Hi Flex ( Great video as always mate ) Im not even a United fan but i think the problem is the Culture, a lot of the players even though they aint playing need to go Shaw/Rashford and players like this cause all the young players see and work with these players in training and they will start picking up the bad habbits. There are NO role models at the club for the Maino/Garnacho and Hojlund to look upto and learn from. The behaviour from the Senior players would not of been tolerated in Fergies Time and unfortunately Ten Hag tried this route of discplining but he has no pedrigree in the game to impliment in my eyes so the players dont listen. For me with this New Regime from the top 1 - Get rid of the dead wood even if you have to take a loss ( united still the bigest in the world for sponsers etc they could take it ) 2 - Bring a new manager in who is happy to work with the new D.o.F but also has a history of winning, for me ( S Inzaghi ) 3 - Sign/Utilise players who will run into the ground for the shirt/Badge ( Gallagher/ Mount /Lisandro Martinez ) 4 - Look into the medical team United have had far too many injuries this season If United go for Potter or Southgate i cant see this project going anywhere which i know sounds disrespectful but they're not Winners in my eyes, and breeding this into the new/current crop of players needs to come from the Manager
