Can this dressing be diluted? I bought it and is really thick

It's water based so it can be diluted with water (distilled best). If dressing an engine, I would dilute maybe 3-1.

It is water-based so It can be diluted. Try a small amount first to see if you like the dilution ratio

You can use it. This product is not intended to be used on the paint finish. It is a dressing for plastic and rubber.

It drives me absolutely nuts you won’t wipe anything in the engine with a microfiber. You. Need. To. Wipe. The. Grime. Off. Your little hand blower and grease-balm isn’t doing anything. You make me cringe
