In todays video, we ventured out to Dockside one of Universal's newest hotels to open. Dockside is part of the Endless Summer Resort which consist of another hotel called Surfside. These hotels are themed after surfing and beachside activities. We had to try some food while we were there checking out the resort because food is the most important thing when planning a vacation. For a person who's recently found out that I have to be on a strict gluten free diet, it was nice to see that resort caters to that option more noticeably. Definitely will be on my list of places to keep in mind next time I visit. I recently stayed at Sapphire a few weeks ago but I wasn't expecting them to have places there that would put the effort into having those options. But I see now they do! Thank you for sharing

@@healthydoseofdisney I will say, I had made reservations at the Confisco Grille and the Chef made me a gluten free Pad Thai dish and I enjoyed every bite of it! Was the first time trying Pad Thai and now I will be looking to have it more at other restaurants if served.
