Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their signature roles as Lloyd and Harry in the sequel to the smash hit that took the physical comedy and kicked it in the nuts: Dumb and Dumber To. The original film's directors, Peter and Bobby Farrelly, take Lloyd and Harry on a road trip to find a child Harry never knew he had and the responsibility neither should ever, ever be given.
The Farrelly brothers produce Dumb and Dumber To alongside Riza Aziz and Joey McFarland of Red Granite Pictures. They are joined by fellow producers Charles Wessler and Bradley Thomas. Universal Pictures will distribute the film in the United States, Canada and select international territories.

I'm a Jim Carrey fan from day one, so even though this movie isn't as hilarious as the original, I still liked it. I just hope Jim does better in his future films.

A flawed sequel but it was great seeing Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels back together again, these two knuckleheads always cracked me up in the original movie and both of them are great dramatic actors as well. 😊

I liked this movie, it was definitely a “dumb” movie 😂, the fact that Lloyd pranked him for 20 years I think and Harry pranked him back for a kidney but made Lloyd remove his kidney for him, was pretty hilarious, not to mention again, the plot was pretty much like the first first one, basically for nothing, which was disappointing, but was the whole point of the movie.

I absolutely love Dumb and Dumber, to me it's one of the best comedies ever. It's so well written, acted, and the jokes are all done so well that you believe that they are just innocently dumb. In this movie, its just bad in my opinion. At the end, they didn't know what sex was......are you kidding me?

In the late night show with Conan during which Jim crashed the party and surprised Jeff Daniels they both confess they have an amazing time together and they confess working together was a joy even for the second one, after which Jim says that it was poorly received...after which Jeff says "Oh fuck 'em." ...and he's right, because when you see the love between those two actors and how they enjoy working together, it honestly makes me wish even for the third one, because for me in the second one, even though some jokes didn't feel too original (others did), the chemistry of these two actors and how well they fit each other is on another level, and for me that's what comedy is about, not how original the jokes are, but the chemistry between the actors. I want the third one, just so it completes this trilogy of friendship, and so these two amazing, talented, and brilliant people can work together again and have fun the way they did so long ago...because they deserve it.

I didn’t laugh at all. They just come off as obviously TRYING to be stupid. They didn’t come off as TRYING in the original. One of the worst movies ever IMO.

When the sequel came 20 years later Jim hasnt done something worth to mention in about 10 years, so my expectations was quite low when i watched the sequel. I liked the opening part when Jim carrey acted like a mental retard and says it was a joke. Rest of the movie was so freaking bad. I didnt laugh at all.
