I been in university and it definitely helped me in my life and career, so I still recommend for people to study, but there is no escaping that universities are nowadays trying to brainwash people and at times it was very negative. Thing is extreme left is as bad as extreme right... and universities are increasingly left. No longer they focus of factual truth, but more often on political correctness. Want example - BAME and Women only work placements. This is clear and absolute racism and sexism. When I raised it in university, for women only placement I was told "sure you can apply as well"... obviously it was clear you would not be successful, but they sort of distanced themselves from admitting sexism. When I raised the same about BAME ... they actually called me a racist and I had to visit dean's office to explain myself. The BAME society actually wanted me off the course altogether for even questioning validity of "BAME only placement". How is this different from white people only public transport in prime days of racism? No different - excluding people just because of their race or sex is fragrant discrimination. It's a free jab, so anyone who does have it is doing it by choice. As such there is no reason they can't ban them from entry. You don't have a right to their uni so I see no issues.

The first 4 don't work in any way, political doesn't work and antivax isn't a political opinion & while it is an opinion, they are not stopping you from having that opinion. Also article 2 : right to life would mean that the university need to take measures to protect its students so requiring the jab is a reasonable request.

This would depend on the course you do as well as the university that you enlist with. For example if I wanted to take my law degree online it would still cost me £6000 per year. Even with a part time job having £6000 spare income per year to spend on university for 3 or 4 years might still be difficult.

Universities are public spaces, like parks. This would fail in a court of law or all funding would be cut.

Human rights is a potentially interesting one though I must admit since you do have the right to an education, however historically this has only been considered a basic education such as primary/secondry school. Given that you have to pay for university, I doubt it would be considered a human right

But this is England so the state pays some of your fees and you pay the rest (I assume) as this depends on whether you are a domestic or overseas student. @Kalvin Clein there are religious exemptions to these things if you can prove your practiced religion specifically opposes the vaccine (none are at the moment, except some more hardcore islamist groups) however, the common law precident remains from 1941 where the judge ruled "the right to practice religion freely does not include liberty to expose the community to a communicable disease". As for belife "in a legal context, thst means the same thing as religion, so you can't just say"i believe vaccines are bad" or what have you, you'd have to show it was part of your practiced belief system

It can't just be a random thing you believe now because you think vaccines are bad, it has to be something you've actively followed in your life akin to a religion. Either way, let's say you're right and your belief that you don't want a vaccine for whatever reason is enough, the precident remains, it does not extend to willfully exposing the community to a communicable disease. Also, this is already a well established practice all over the world. Many universities and schools require that you have your meningitis vaccination. Many countries require you to have certain vaccines (yellow fever for example) to enter the country. Many occupations require you to have certain vaccines to work there. This is no different. I sincerely doubt any legal challenges will be successful when it's already a well established practice
