No it doesn’t come under it is affiliated with UTAS. All of the teaching is done by UTAS

@awaismuhammad, I got admission for PhD in UTAS and they provide the scholarship. However we have to pay health insurance by ourselves. Do we have to buy it from university which is 4013 AUD or we can buy it from another source?
