The total tuition fees paid by Indian students in Canada are more than enough to start a world-class university in India! Living expenditure is for luxury! Fighting with cold weather in Canada is not doing any good. Are the Indian politicians/educators/businessmen that bad since they are not doing it?

which university would you recommend? Got acceptances from University of windsor and Toronto metro politan university (Ryerson) for masters in electrical engineering.

I would prefer Ryerson, my brother is studying there in Aerospace Engineering. And it's in the heart of Toronto. If you can manage your finances etc Ryerson is the best choice.

Congratulations for your admits. My sister studies in western, I can vouch for it. Western is the best place for Medical Students, Ryerson is good for engineering. I don't want to say what you should choose, but do your research a bit. Take a look at your expenses, job opportunities and quality of education along with alumnis. Then choose which university suites you better.

You will have to register for courses from the uwinsite portal, and be sure to do it on time, if you're late, you'll miss out some courses.
