Dear Sir, I am from India In mext guidelines it is mentioned that, after you get preliminary acceptance you have to produce pre admission letter from University. What does that mean mean, Do we have to apply to University as well after sending documents to embassy

Sir Tokyo Tech institute of technology ki uni recommended mext scholarship k liye they have asked for acceptance letter/email from intended academic supervisor , so for acceptance email CV should be detailed or brief, just 1 page will be more than enough..?

I apply for a Ph.D. in material science at Nagoya Institute of Technology my all documents are completed I also have an acceptance of the dean my master's CGPA is good but for the final selection for MEXT university recommendation, the university refuses me and mail that my masters' marks can not fulfill the MEXT requirement.
