Agreed with what he says at 29:00 WTF is the BBC playing at. When i was growing up I could watch OpenUniversity lectures on BBC2 at like 3 in the morning. Now its just crap

I think they're scared. The BBC is under sustained attack from the government and the more aggressively anti-"woke" organs of the right-wing media. As a result, they have lost all confidence and are risk averse.

The intro was kinda meandering and dull, and Mr. Al-Khalili talks too much and goes off on all these strange tangents.
