I feel like everyone will encounter a scam like this at least once in their lifetime XD. I was lured into one and I gave the woman a chance to explain to me what it was and boyyyyy I pretended like I was in on it but as soon as I walked out I never came back. Name of the company is Primerica watch out people! If someone’s office space is in a apartment looking complex then that’s the first sign that it’s a pyramid scheme. If you have to recruit people and you have to sell a product and recruit more people to help you sell it then that’s another big sign. If the person trying to get you in on it is way too positive and has the very ambitious mindset then that’s another big sign. I was told a story of a guy in a wheelchair making $400k/year and I was like whaaaaat I have legs and I barely make 20k/year(I have a part time and I’m still a teen). The world just isn’t fair is it 😔. But oh well I’m glad I didn’t join that cult. I’m glad I knew what pyramid schemes were way before so I was able to recognize that Primerica was one straight off the bat. They have a stock for Primerica worth over $100 maybe less by now. Stocks worth that much are usually as big as Facebook and google etc... so when I went to the office I was surprised it was so small and looked like an apartment building so yeah that’s another sign it’s a scam company. Basically Easy money is never easy money. For poor or middle class minorities like us it’s very hard to make easy money unless it’s illegal or a scam. Even when you make illegal money it’s still very risky and not worth it because you have to look out for the cops and avoid doing time in prison. So yeah the only money I know how to make is working a job, investing, owning a business, being a well paid celebrity superstar etc...
