Guys, I can't believe this video is happening. I can't believe that after 6 years (!) of sharing my journey as a student online, my journey is officially ending (at least for now!). From being rejected from Oxford University, to finding Minerva, travelling the world with my best friends and studying a subject I love, I'm truly SO grateful for all the opportunities I've been given.
Big big thank you to everyone who supported me throughout the journey 😭🥹🎓 we did it eeeeeeep!!

Casual Magic of the Day: Me and my family went for dinner and we got to know the waiter really well. He was originally from Romania, and he and his wife had worked at this restaurant in England for 20 years (!). They told us how their son had gotten into Oxford to study languages and he had chosen it because he thought he could ride a bike there and save money. None of them understood the weight of what it meant to get into Oxford. His parents visited him every single week and brought snacks from home. It was clear how deeply they loved him and how their lives were centred around giving him as many opportunities as possible. The whole encounter was so wholesome and it reminded me how WONDERFUL people can be; and that strangers are only really strangers until you say hello.
