Tension and anger and outrage run high in Ekiti State as an unspecified number of Children returning from school have been k*dnapped by gunmen.

Incidentally, the abduction of the Children happened the same Monday that g*nmen k*lled two Traditional Rulers in the State during a kidnap attempt.

The Children were returning home from School when the hoodlums intercepted their school bus at Eporo Village near Emure Ekiti, and diverted them to an unknown destination. Nothing has been heard from the abductors to the h*rror of parents and the community.

The students of Apostolic Faith Nursery and Primary School were said to have been k*dnapped on Monday around 5pm in the evening
Management of the school confirmed the abd*ction in a statement.
According to the statement, some pupils, the school Bus driver and a volunteer were k*dnapped by g*nmen.
