Host Aseem Juneja was in Bengaluru along with the ADB team and they visited Fyers Headquarters and met Fyers’s co-founder and CTO Yashas Khoday and Tejas Khoday, co-founder and CEO and talked about work culture and other aspects of the business at Fyers at length.
ADB Team visited every department of Fyers like sales, technical team, and Human Resources and asked them questions about how they worked out the technicalities of their job roles.
We were impressed with their ideas of process execution, the introduction of new and deployment of app features and how they make sure that whatever they do benefits their client base.
As Tejas Khodey said we build our process and products by keeping the need of the customer base in mind.
What impressed us is Fyer’s customer support handling. As per their own testimony, they receive about 1000 to 1200 complaints per day and which translates to about 20000 to 25000 calls per month and 79% of complaints are resolved with just one call.
