Tip from a senior: It doesn't matter how many years u drop for your dream profession.....I am a General Category candidate and was a dropper n I don't repent my decision.....I dropped 1 year to get into MBBS...got a state rank of 187 n got admitted in a govt med college...again due to COVID n delay in NEET PG ...I had to drop 2.5 yrs....and then I succeeded to get my self enrolled again into MS General Surgery in a Govt medical College....hence don't loose hope ...coz 1 day u will do it 🎉

Hello Dr. I need a good warm advice pls!! I'll narrate you my story and here it is: Sir I've always been a good obedient (topper) student eversince my childhood, the word ”Discipline" wasn't a big deal for me back then, i gave my parents and my family a big ray of hope upon me. As I grew up laziness kicked into my life, i became a victim of ” procrastination ", especially covid days made it more severe, no school, no pressure from parents, i mastered laziness in those lockdown phase, and I had my 10th boards after covid and guess what i did not do well, i scored 80% which is quite good but as I said that I've always been a topper so 80% isn't good enough, my mom was expecting 90+ but I couldn't meet her expectations. I entered class 11th with great energy and motivation, made strong promises that I'll perform well and I won't let my parents down, and guess what...i never changed, my habits were the same, i didn't study well, i wasted my precious time of 11th and 12th, i appeared 12th board this year and in few days my results are gonna be out and I don't even expect 60% , and I've neet in few days (5th May) and ofcourse I'm not prepared, i regret everything, i regret for not being disciplined enough, my mom expects a lottttt from me, my entire family is looking upto me,I've no idea how am I going to face them once my results are out, it's so damn embarrassing, my mom's gonna cry, all i want is a drop year, i have faith in myself that I'll crack neet next year but I'm just afraid like how should I face the bad days that are coming towards me in few days, this month of May and June is gonna be a hell month for me!! How am I supposed to face it, i wanna run away a little far and then come back when things are cool again!!!

Yea it really hurts and specially jab tests me 350-400 aa rhe ho then it really hurts more😢......Poore 2 saal consistently padhai Kiya Maine, saare tests diye, mistake notebooks banayi, Dpps ki, pyqs lagaye and fir bhi tests me 350-400 aarhe hai.......Idk Mai kaha galti kr rha hu.....

Areee yrrr.....maine to 3 drop lie the aur is baar b mbbs ka hath tight lag rha hai....aur mai 10th,12th ki topper hu with 99% and 96% respectively......pata ni kya hua...mai ek drop me fail ho gai thi..kyuki late b start hua tha aur corona k karan firse disturbance aya tha, aur mai hard situations ko handle krna janti hi ni thi...mai topper thi kyuki mai safe khelna janti thi!!.....fir 1st drop me fail,failure handle ni hua to 2nd drop me confidence itna low tha mai depression me thi aur buri baat to ye thi ki mujhe pata hi ni tha,, mujhe laga ki mai nikammi ho gai,aiyashi kr rhi hu,to aur depression me jati vhli gai....fir aya 3rd drop...us saal pata chla mujhe ki mai depression me hu,,us saal mai poori jee jaan lagai usse bahar aane ki, fir se padhai strt krne ki, aur maine us har stress se fight krne ki koshish kijo mere andar tha😢......aur end me aate aate maine itna improve kia ki meri concentration power,memory power and focis aisa improve hua ki...mai jab respiration in plants pada to lecture dekhte hi yaad ho gya revision ki b zaroot ni thi...lekin ye sab me scars abhi tk the...jis karan mai haar gai..lekin us haar k baad mai kya nikhar k nikli hu...mujhe to science kya general knowledge (for cuet) b ek baar dekhte hi yaad ho rh h cheeze!!!..... itna hi ni, maine logo k criticism ko handle krna seekh lia, apne khud k decisions lene aa gae aur no matter what k sath mai har hard situation ko handle krne ka confidence rkhti hu..... Islie mai apni marzi se ye decision lia hai ki mai 4th drop lungi,with bsc admission aur poori jeen jaan lagaungi ki bade ho kr koi regret na rha ja....karungi to mai ye zaroor,,...aur mbbs me admission leke upsc ki prep krungi with neet pg also....aur mbbs k baad mai line change krungi agar us samay mujhe lage ki is line me meri poori life jaegi (due to 4 drops) ya vahi professor b ban sakte hai ya research me b jaa sakte hai,, vo to aage dekhi jaegi......lekin ye to karungi hi mi kyuki mere andar se aa rhi h aawaz,, dil ki awaz+gut feeling.........aur mujhe khud pr itna bharosa ho gya hai ki mai ye b kr lungi kyuki tipper to thi ni mai!!!!!😤😤😤

Drop lene se pata nahi duniya ke sare log jo v hume ya humare parents ko jante hai, wo saare log humare hi piche padd jaate hai ya phir sar pe bojh ki tarah beth jayenge. Pata nahi kyun... Agar selection ho gaya to achi baat warna sunane aa jayenge.. also purey saal wese v demotivate krte rehte hai. Bache khud ke liye padhe na padhe inke liye jyada padhte hai.. Ki kahi sunane na aa jaye.
