Beautiful Friendship. Friendships like these are based on Trust, particularly time. You can't create a product without the Mahi. I'm in that process f understanding with my Brothers Taha Distillery Tweed Heads, Ozzie. Beautiful product. The Philosophy has to be clear. It has relationships which reflect, in my Culture Tikanga. Especially using Maori and Australian indigenous herbs. It's a marriage. It's my Brother's creation, and their hard Mahi. I come in as the big Sis to look at the creative Arts side, eventually set up the Kai (food side) and get my arse bk into just being a Mum and Artist. Roots, Rock, Reggae... So excited for you guys, well done 😊

I just tried it. It's special. It reminds me of Japanese sochu (distilled rice vodka) but also reminds me a little of premium moonshine and slightly like tequila yet it's definitely vodka. It's smooth, viscous and very flavorful unlike many US vodkas which are distilled to be completely neutral in flavor. 10/10.

Any plans for how to recycle that glass bottle since many cities, etc. refuse to recycle glass? He's against single -use plastic water bottles (which can be recycled easily), and I understand vodka should be in a glass container - but how does this fit into his "save the earth" campaign? Help me to understand?

LOVE Jason Momoa, incredible person. Meili is a great story, love the video, BUT... I am a vodka drinker. I ordered (2) bottles of Meili Vodka from Caskers. They arrived in time for New Years. I am sorry... this stuff is wretched. Aside from the numbing of my lips and tongue, Meili has all the nuance of rubbing alcohol or lighter fluid. It makes Slivovitz taste palatable, and I drink Slivovitz! Hey, if temporary blindness is your thing, have at it!
