I think pulsing the mixer (when having small quantities) prevents the stuff getting stuck on the walls.

Do like I do pick it up and shake it just hold the motor and cup your hand under the bowel and shake, works for me.

Hi - thanks for the kind question, hope I'm understanding it correctly. I made the hommous using the hand tool only - I don't think the blender bowl would blend the chickpeas enough. Hope this helps! This is my hommus recipe here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hduPlZSbsdm6koE.html

@@DADDELIVERS We would very much see you try. We have done it with our Bamix without any issues, it should be possible in the blender, keeps all of it clean and anti splash.

Is the inside of this blender coated with teflon or some kind of paint or is it same stainless steel just finished differently to look more matte?
