Join me and my son, Brandon Lake, in Episode 05 of the limited podcast series Generational Leadership. In this episode we talk about where our love for the local church began and what we long for people to experience in the local church.
Are we missing new generations because we’re using an old church system?
Have we fallen back into a standard like the generations before us?
In This Episode:
• Mac Lake
Author, Speaker, & CEO & Founder of www.multipygroup.org
• Brandon Lake
Artist, Songwriter & Worship Leader - www.brandonlake.co
We hope you're enjoying these conversations. You know, so many of our discussions here come back to the idea of personal growth and being intentional. So, if you're looking to grow, the Multiply Group team and I want to give you a free resource from our brand new Leadership Accelerator training. This resource provides a step-by-step guide to creating your own personal growth plan in whatever area you hope to excel in. Visit multiplygroup.org/personalgrowth to get access.
Thanks for watching!

I have told my family so many times that the way I feel so close to God in the presence of His Spirit at one of Brandon Lake's or a Christian artist worship service, is how I would love to feel all the time. I never want to leave those services ❤ One day we won't have to! Praise Jesus! Thank you, men, for your encouragement to break templates and be radical for Christ!!

“We are getting ready for the biggest wedding ever. I wanna practice before it happens.” - this part gave me goosebumps. I hope the Redeemed Burning Man festival becomes a reality, it really would be fun to practice.

I've got a testimony..as we all do. Too long for this venue.. but I just HAD to let you know.. I was suffering from that depressed for no reason depressed ya know. So I went to the doctor , as well as to quit smoking ! Go me :) .. but the meds didn't matter.. but changing my MUSIC GENRE did. My daughter and niece both go to church locally on Sunday. But I happen to check out online church at Seacoast. Christmas service. Yes.. I knew thats where Brandon attended. I did not know that he sang worship there ♡ I went to church four times Christmas eve alone..😂😂 And I've been going ever Sunday from then on❤ I'm from Michigan... So... y'all are doing something good down there ... I feel so comfortable and welcome Thank you ! Btw.. I've also got worship concerts lined up ..saw Maverick City, Elevation, going to Winter jam.. seeing you May 2nd, and the Phil and Benjamin two weeks later 😊 So MUSIC definitely lit the fire in me ..

Hey Brother Mac, funny we just did this at our church this last Sunday. We did one song then sermon followed up with 3 songs to conclude. Todd White actually has dancers in his service, I believe his daughter actually teaches it at his school. Me, my wife, and lil 7 yr. old are going to see Brandon this Sunday in Tulsa. I absolutely Love watching these episodes you guys are just so real. We have on Monday night what we call Man School, we have been averaging about 70 men each Monday night. At the end we have a round table discussion after the message and learn from one another its awesome. I see it bringing our men closer together and building community is key in the church. God is defiantly moving and stirring people's Hearts that's for sure! Thanks again Love you Guys!!
