If they are making profits its good but from my personal experience of being in the industry for past 3 years and with over 7 outlets in Mumbai, these outlets hardly ever make any profits and most go under in 6 months - 3 years. Material cost of that 249 unlimited combo itself would be in excess of 200, not to mention the electricity costs, rents, and staff salaries. If they are selling that combo in good quantities like at least 20-30 per day then it might be okay. Otherwise I don't see how it is sustainable. Benefit of doubt that this much cheese and toppings was for video and actually product would be bit different. Anyways awesome food so best luck to them.
