In Kerala, we eat with hands.. after coming to Delhi, ppl here stare at me as if I'm a strange creature when I eat with hands.. I don't care though.. also that salad dish is called thoran.. usually made with coconut.. and we usually don't mix sambar with pappadam😁 and this rice is what I miss here the most🥺

Jus an FYI - In Kerala, you greet with "Namaskaram" and not "Vanakkam". You can use Vanakkam with people from Tamil Nadu : )

I don't think that's south Indian biryani. It doesn't look like that. If you have to taste real south Indian food, it's best to visit some south Indian friends house or have it in South India.
