We came across this simple but hygienic homely Gujarati thali on viewers recommendations, tried it and liked it too. Savla family is running this business as a service to humanity on their mother Laxmiben's initiative and serving it at nominal rate so that common man can eat freshly prepared, healthy and hygienic food. 👌All your videos are very selective and above the expectation. I being from Gujarati community must say that in this time getting unlimited pure veg thali in Rs.100/- only is rather unbelievable. Alkaji thank you for making another Food Vlog in "Dombivli." Alkaji jo thali aap ko parosi gayi thi wo shayad kewal aapke liye Special di gayi thi. Aam ras maine yahan iss se pehle kabhi nahi dekha. Aam ras 200 rs per kg counter par bechne ke liye wo rakhte hai. Aaj kal yahan ke khane ki quality pehle jaisi bilkul nahi rahi. Thali mein naam matra dhokla kewal 1 piece aur 1 tea spoon Sheera diya jata hai. Sabjiyon ka taste bhi bilkul feeka aur khattaa rehta hai. Daal to jab bhi maine yahan par khayi hai uss samay bahut hi ajeeb si taste ki thi. Chaas (Buttermilk) unlimited rehta hai lekin ekdam watery rehta hai. Salad achhe se parosa jata hai. Rice aur paapad bhi diye jate hai. Baki aaj yahan par aap ko jo thali parosi gayi thi wo aam logon ko roj ke yahan ke khane mein kabhi nahi milti.

गुजराती थाली जहाँ मिलती है वहापर 90% जगह राजस्थानी कुक होते है. क्यूँ कि गुजराती कुक ( उन्हे महाराज कहते है ) हॉटेल के लिये मिलना नामुंकीन है. वे अक्सर धनी लोगोंके बंगलेपर बहुत उंचे सॅलरीपे काम करते है. व्हिडीओ अच्छा है.मुंबई के आस -पास ऐसी मेस या हॉटेल बेताईये जहाँ गुजराती लोहाणा समाज जैसा खाना मिले. क्यूँ कि महाराष्ट्र मे कोकण रिजन के व्यंजन जैसे सबसे बेहतरीन होते है वैसे हि गुजरात मे लोहाणा समाज के व्यंजनो का स्थान है. बचपन का खाया अभी भूला नही पा रहा हूं. पैसे से सब नही मिलसकता यही सच है. 🌹 🙏 💐
