You could mount a 20mm, approx 12 gauge shotgun, auto loading cannon in that thing and still be scale. Add telepresence and you have a go most anywhere military drone.

The thing with these tanks being heavy is that they can’t be stolen without being a heavy weight lifter or getting the controller yourself

I drive a earthmoving combo and even I don't take that long to set my ramps up. but that is one cool tank!

My 1:6 Armortek King Tiger is much larger than this Comet, yet it's weigh is about 130+ kg. This Comet is about 100- kg to me.

I want ☝️ really bad, I’m just not ready to part with 5k. These are absolute masterpieces from the hull up, the drive system is beautiful and intricate. Building one would be an absolute dream, buying the SUV to transport it is another issue.

Fantastic model, if you want to make control from remote just a video all can use an actionoise board, you can drive the tank without limit of distance

So is the motors and batteries adding that weight up? Cause I checked the armortek web page (they don't currently have comet) and the 1/6 scale tiger weights 84kg

Id like to build (or design) similar with diesel engine. So please tell me some models that would be easy to build like a tiger because it has flat surfices. Then just make everything working.

I don’t think I would want to drive a car with that in the back. In a bad accident that thing flying around would make mincemeat out of you! Unless you strap it down, but I didn’t see any.
