So im going to pin this here for people struggling to access the data folder AND PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH CRASHING. Aperantly if you struggle with crashing editing the text OUTSIDE of the levels folder fixes this issue (also force quitting your game in between edits may also fix this issue but I haven't tested that) It seems certain versions of android and certain devices have a hard time accessing the data folder, I cant find a fix for that without a pc/laptop sadly. If you have a pc you can access your files that way, or you can use an emulator like bluestacks and just link your pvz2 account. otherwise you arent able to do this and I apologize for that.

Omg, I love it! It worked now. I combined level 2 with an auto clicker, and it works like a charm. No need to be on the screen. I personally agree that this game went a little overboard with all those microtransactions, especially considering it’s supposed to be a game for kids to play. Well, now we have a way to enjoy it without relying on EA. Anyway, love you! ❤️❤❤❤

There is nothing I wanted more than simply the ability to use each plant in PVZ2, like in PVZ. But I was unable to use more than half of them, including legacy plants, like chomper and snow pea, because of a pay wall. Thank you.

I really hope this works. EA managed to lose all my plants and game play (built up over 7 years) and are refusing to do anything more than offer a tokenistic amount of gems and coins. I was able to offer all sorts of proof that I had spent over $250 on their game, to which they just shrugged and said, "Too bad, so sad." I've tried to do the right thing by the company, but now the gloves are off. Hopefully this hack works for me, because I do love the game, I just hate the attitude from EA.

When i edit the level 3 file to get the plant that i want it no longer works when i try to play the level it doesn't play but it works when i don't edit the file and get the enacted mint but not when i edit it

It's unfortunate I cannot get some specific plants, but it's an awesome work for sure

I wanna do this bit when I click on the app and go to plants vs zombies its asking me to " to tap this folder button on the screen and to allow permission " but when I do it it says that is not top level on the storage

for everyone having trouble with this, I recommend using a USB cable to transfer the files from a PC or laptop to the phone, as you then won't have to deal with Androids file protection.

There is a weird problem with plants that have an ID that is longer than 12 letters (the limit is fourteen because of quotation marks). Every single one of them will make the game crash. EA did not change the IDs, because for example when I press spacebar twice in front of "caulipower" (14 spaces) it will still work. But if i now press spacebar for a third time, it will crash (15 spaces). So the problem is not the ID, but the amount of space taken up in the line where you write the ID. Would be awesome if you could find a way to fix this. Have a great day! (I´m sorry if my englisch is not the best. It´s not my native language.)

This is very useful because, I be looking around for getting overpriced premium plants for free because no way am i paying 6.99$ plus tax for just ONE PLANT that and even when i do want to pay money its either seedium that i have to pay multiple times for or they are out of the store at the current moment and to finally have a nonclick bait youtuber that doesn't want to give the kids viruses and show us an actually working guide I rank you 10/10. (and as a bonus this guide don't give overpowered 99 levels to plants which make the game not fun when plants one shot zombies)

Ok, I have went through all of the plants in the game (Except one's that I got already or could purchase from the shop such as nightcap from bundles or whatever) Here is a list of plants that you CANNOT GET through the level 3 egypt script. This should save you some time. It's alphabetically ordered. This is a list of the ones you CAN'T get so if it's not on there, then you can probably get it but there's still a chance it crashes cause I didn't check them all. Why is it this easy to hack the game & bypass the Microtransactions blocking me from using whatever plant I want? The Microtransactions mean absolutely nothing. Hi I don't know if you will read this but I was wondering if editing the reward parameter for Egypt 3 is also possible with other rewards like the 8th seed slot which is not permanently obtainable anymore. I tried entering the internal name but my game crashed trying to give the reward.
