Have you tried sleeping noises ? I had sleeping problems until i started playing raining sounds while falling asleep and it helped

when i woke up i was speaking fluent Spanish! maybe it's because im a fluent speaker who was raised by a mother who only spoke Spanish but i think it was because of this video

Last time I fell asleep to one of these my headphones were nearly broken dangling off the side of my bed. I had slobber all over my mouth and my entire body in the most comfy position of all time.

Ive been learning Spanish with duolingo for about two years on and off. I work in the food industry with many latinos, so now i use spanish a lot but im still not proficient. However, the basics ive learned from duolingo helps me comprehend and retain what im getting from your channel and especially this sleep spanish. Thanks so much.

About how long do you lay these at night before you start understanding or knowing this? Month? Two months?

@wendymartin29 it depends on your motivation also how long your brain processing speed is, some people learn slower than others but honestly just ease into it but then don't give up, give yourself a chance with 2 months, still nothing? 3? If you are truly taking in the information you surely would have learn a little bit even if you don't feel totally there, learning a language is something you can keep coming back to no matter where you are

@@wendymartin29 you have to learn them first in awake state, so your subconcious brain saw it at least a few times. Then when its in audios for sleeping, your subconcious will remember and slowly start to set up the vocabulary to be remembered in your consious brain too. So its a tool to learn vocabulary, you already learn, not something you really jusz learn while sleeping

I do landscaping. You want to learn Spanish work every day with them, eat with them. They take care of me. If it's green and has seeds in it, don't eat it, lol. I actually ate Thanksgiving with a good friend of mine,I never felt more welcome!❤✌️
