Sir, Liquor is the state subject. Then, why couldn't the state government frame proper regulations or Why can't the ruling MPs question that in the opposition party ruling state with regards?

thirumavalavan is asking about national level ban on liquor. the central can easily amend the state subject on liquor through article 249. the central can easily amend NDPS act (which is already amended thrice) to add alcohol in it.
