I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 4.5 million. One is my place of residence the other 2 properties will give me $80,000per/yr rent. I will have an income stream of $20,000 per yr through my super which gives me total $100,000 a yr to live comfortably. I have no debts ... Stay Motivated!!

Very interesting comments about the AI bubble, our demand for storage and computing power have increased 10X in the last 12 months and I am surprised not service providers of storage and computing powers are not talk about. Another space to look at is edge tech that will become an extension of the data centers.

Well that’s $3,333.33 a day. What can you sell to 90 people that’s $1000? Or 300 people that’s $500? Probably software as a service to small businesses? Or you could sell something much smaller but to many people.
