Lauren in the beginning i used to like your sleep meditation as time goes by, i noticed its everything to deal with adversity, sad event etc, isnt there any meditation that is more cheery? Some of us have gotten out of life sad event and don't want to be stuck there, rendering me unable to listen to your channel, because its very sad
