I don't agree with the idea of cementing the box that connects the electrical wires because if the problem ever comes from this box, you will have to use a chisel and a hammer!

I would venture to say that's against code and if it were to be a problem causing an electrical fire, you might as well say goodbye to that house cause insurance wouldn't cover it. That's a scary DIY project. IMHO
