Thanks a lot for your feedback. That is my goal is to deliver real world driving reviews and provide information about driving experience. As for the Lexus I can only speak about what I drove so far. I really liked new 2.4T with automatic transmission in RX 350. It felt very smooth, alive and playful. Also it all feels this way due to new chassis that Lexus improved so much. Like if you drive older RX350 and the new one - it is absolutely day and night. New one is way more refined, has better body control and more responsive. I have yet to try new ES 350, not sure how much chassis work has been done there and if they made new V6 engine more responsive. My dad has previous Gen ES350 and it's not a fun car, just good quality, premium sedan to spend good time cursing along. As for the fuel economy I don't find Lexus particular fuel efficient whether it's 6 cylinder or 2.4T. They should at least introduce mild hybrid option. My 2023 BMW X3 M40i with 6 cylinder engine has same fuel efficiency as their NX350 which is 4 cylinder engine. As per me Lexus Hybrid makes more sense like RX350h or NX350h, but driving experience is slightly compromised.

@@100miledrive Thanks and appreciate your response. Peoples have maintained NA V6, V8 engine vehicles over decades but not sure about the reliability & longevity of turbo charged engines. Turbo engines do require quite regulated drive & continuous maintenance. Hope to see more videos & good luck for your channel.

@@DA75907 As for the Turbo engines VW has long history with reliability including their commercial Vans which can run few hundred thousands miles without major repairs. Since Lexus is #1 Brand in terms of reliability, I would imagine their engines should last long, but yes it's still kind of early to see reliability figures from Lexus on Turbo engines. Their Supra I believe was quite reliable and Toyota even helped BMW to fine tune B58 engine for the outgoing Supra. Personally I have faith in Toyota's reliability. Hey, thanks for stopping by. I personally haven't had a chance to drive 2024 model, but I know exactly what you mean. I recently took a ride in Uber where I was driven in one. Honestly at first I even thought it was 5 series but then I knew the interior was of the 3 series and I asked the guy if this was 2024 model. It is noticeably more comfortable than the older years. I am curious to see how much did it affect the handling. Maybe I will review it one day.

Hmm.. I hope you can find more info on this. I suggest to dig up some forums online. Overall BMWs have become more reliable, but at the same time you may get lucky or unlucky with the car. Engines and transmission are rock solid.

I'm also looking at a 330i right now. The transmissions are ZF8s, one of the best on the market, completely reliable. The B48 is starting to be well documented and also proving to be a great engine. BMW has really turned a corner as far as reliability compared to a decade or 15 years ago. I think it is a solid powertrain. My 2 cents

Hey I have a 2020 bmw 330i and everything was fine until recently at 47k miles my engine mounts broke and I had an oil leak. This happened may 20th 2024 and my warranty ended on June 1st 2024 so I got everything covered just in time. I’m on the edge on selling my bmw 330i or keeping it for 20k more miles than selling it. Absolutely love the car though

German cars are definitely good. British and Italian cars are good as art collections but not reliable for drivers. French cars? Do you see a single Citron or Peugeot on the roads in your area?
