You don't know about his financial situation, he's been a Professor for his entire career and considered himself semi retired, that's a pretty lucrative position compared to other positions. For someone to kill other teachers and or Professors seems more personal to me I'd be interested to know what was in his resume or past teaching experience that might contribute to why they chose not to hire him. Perhaps that information will be revealed as more information comes out. I'm sorry for everyone that lost their lives, their families left to grieve their loss, their students, first responders and the entire community. As a parent and grandparent I can't imagine getting a call or text as a result of this situation, I truly feel for parents that are in another state that had to agonize over how to get there to console their kid with little information on the victims at the time. Just a heartbreaking situation all around.
