In Naruto and Boruto we have seen a lot of masked characters, here are some of them unmasked!
*Zabuza's face was revealed in the land of waves arc while fighting Kakashi.
*Haku first appeared without his mask in the land of waves arc.
*Yugao was an ANBU black ops and she can be seen unmasked in the original Naruto series.
*Danzo's face was revealed in the Kage Summit arc while fighting Sasuke.
*Sasori's real face can be seen in the Kazekage Rescue Mission arc, in the fight against Sakura and Chio.
*Menma can be seen without the mask in the movie 'Naruto Shippuden : Road To Ninja'.
*Houki's face can be fully seen in the Boruto anime.
*Shink was never seen without his face tattoos, but i think this is how he would look like.
*Kakuzu appeared unmasked in the Akatsuki Suppression arc while fighting Kakashi.
*Kankuro's face can be seen without the hood and the face tattoo, in hospital after being injured in battle.
*Obito's identity was revealed in the World War arc while fighting Naruto and Kakashi.
*Kashin Koji can be seen unmasked in the fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki.
*Shino's face was never fully revealed but i think this is an accurate depiction.
*Kakashi's face is fully revealed in episode 469 of Naruto Shippuden.
