After all these years, you would think Epson would have learnt how to write proper, simple and fully explanatory instructions on how to install and run an all-in-one printer. I write this just as I am beginning to install my new XP-8600. First of all, I agree with Maxine Neale - no help at all on here about installing the software on a Mac. Why not? Secondly, a simple thing like explaining which is cassette 1 and which is cassette 2 - no numbers on the hardware or anywhere on the sheets that came with the printer. Thirdly, in the instructions that came inside the box, very sketchy details about how to load A4 paper in cassette 2 and nothing at all about loading paper in cassette 1. Epsons aren't bad printers, but the instructions could be much, much better.
