I think nature is the best teacher as well. When you look at how nature is, and how humans are, you can see we are all one. In Nguni we say ilanga liyashona. Yet everyday the sun comes up again. We say abantu bayashona and we think they are gone forever yet we can see in our DNA that they live on because the DNA builds from all great parents. Even a tree lives on through it seeds. That is just my 2cents. I just try to observe nature as well.

Would have really liked him to go deeper on the chakras, I think he got thrown off when he'd forgotten the names of the other chakras.
