Gen 7 was one of the best generations because it tried something different, future gens should try to break away from the usual formula like gen 7 did. Not huge differences but at least enough to spice things up.

A shiny Banette helped me win the Hoenn champion against Steven’s Mega Metagross! I loved that haunted handkerchief and it’s possessed puppet evolution!

@@JustSpoopy I was doing a dexnav shiny only run on an undoctored alpha sapphire. Found little Annabell in a horde encounter. 😁

@@JustSpoopy I filmed everything for the actual video (that was the intended) but once summer showed up, goat grazing season hit. I also need to record the narration. 😅 my final team was. Swampert Manectric Banette Walrein Flygon Hariyama (easily the weakest link on the team) I usually set a limit of 12 Pokémon for any shiny run because I like being able to mix and match. I also use PK3DS for doctoring up the odds in my games a little so I’m not wasting tons of time. This, my first shiny run, was on my OG alpha sapphire cart so this was a long haul challenge using only Dexnav and horde encounters. 😅

@@JustSpoopy no, I haven’t made it yet. I’ve done 2 other shiny only runs but I haven’t been able to plunk myself down at the computer and just make them. I need to get the voice recordings done too. 🤦‍♀️

Farfetch’d is a viable flying type choice for any game. It gets Swords Dance so early that you can easily set up sweeps with it very frequently.

I don't care at all about Pokemon online battles and I wish Gamefreak didn't put as much time and resources into it. Legends Arceus showed what Gamefreak can do when they focus only on the singleplayer and it was amazing.
