Dimash named his own fanbase. We are his Dears as we are as dear to him as family. He works with various composers around the world but is doing a lot more composing for himself recently and has been living in Los Angeles working on an album of his own songs. For a taste of what he can do you should listen to War and Peace, El Amor En Ti and The Story of One Sky. He's 29 and has just received the highest award possible in his country The People's Artist of Kazakhstan for services to Culture and his country.

Dimash is now 29. He has been trained from age 5. Classically and contemporary. He had a masters degree in musicology and is studying for his doctorate. He sings in multiple languages and plays 7 instruments. His latest Dudarai is proof of his versatility. He starts of traditional and then changes to a completely new genre.

Dimash is a miracle, so his absolute powerful and unshakable presence on stage, compared by some to a god of music, sometimes to a prince or king, the energy he absorbs from the Universe, then how he anchors himself to the Earth, his connection with the Divinity, all at a place, it gives him the strength and confidence to "command the audience, to order the orchestra, to order the song", so that everything comes out the way he wants and how Dimash feels, that is unique. All these qualities are only at Dimash, absolutely. The goosebumps and hypnosis induced by Dimash are the characteristics of his concerts and appearance on stage, which are shaped by his endless beauty, sometimes translucent, sometimes sensual, sometimes angelic !!! Dimash is storm, thunder, lightning, sun, rain, smile, but also love and last but not least he is our hope and our daily light, he is our spiritual food when you put your head on the pillow and start dreaming like tomorrow it's a day… !!!!! OMG I absolutely love you guys! Welcome to the wonderful world of Dimash.. everything you said us what i feel as well... Yes Igor us the Best so with gim composing and Dimash singing they are a Duo that no one could even think about beating.. Igor came out of retirement the first time he aeen Dimash sing which was sinful passion is sochi. When Di.ash finishes you can see Igor standing up smiling and clapping and then the perfect Duo was born. Di ash has a hand is everything you see at his performances. The stage the lights the clothes the dancing he has control over it all.. Dimash made a comment during a interview stating he will not sign with a company cause he wants to do his music his way and that makes us love him.. one of the dears has but together some vidosycalled the ultimate guide to Dimash. The song Olympico (which became known as Ogni Pietra) was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy, with Italian lyrics by Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and arrangements by Erlan Bekchurin. It was composed specifically for Dimash for the 2019 European Games. With this song Dimash won, on December 5, 2019, the Victoria award (Russian equivalent of the Grammy) for best singer of the year, in the classical genre ("Best Vocalist in Classical Music").

Actually this particular performance was during his ARNAU Concert (2019) in Astana, The song itself (performed by Dimash) premiered at the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus in 2019 (about a week before this concert if I'm not mistaken🙂).

One of the special things about being a Dear is the fact that Dimash himself named us. You will find that Dimash doesn't have a "traditional fanbase". He has followers - people who are infatuated with him not only for his amazing voice, but because of his his beautiful personality. Dimash sings from classical to rap, he is full of surprises, have a good swim in this vast ocean of pleasures. Do you remember the Diva song from The Fifth Element, a movie with Bruce Willis? In this film, the song of the alien Diva was made half with the voice of an opera singer, and half synthesized on a computer to show an alien voice so that human capabilities could not cover the range and jumps of this song, and so: Dimash sang it calmly, which proves that Dimash is an alien. When I heard Dimash sing, I thought that he was not human. When I heard what he said in an interview, I realized that Dimash is more of a human than all of us.

I think the S O S from his digital concert, during covid, is very dramatic. But regarding Ogni Pietra, you said he could sing a duet with himself, you need to see his El Amor Enti, from his Almatey concert, It’s in Spanish and epic, even for Dimash. The crowd were wowed over with that.

You may be surprised to learn he can do the ‘metal scream’ technique (sorry don’t know the technical term). He displays it in his song ‘The Story of One Sky’ (probably best to listen to a few more older songs before this though). There is no end to his talent, range and vocal techniques! ❤

Hello. Dimash fans are called Dears! If you want to see Dimash singing with himself look at "El amor en ti", performed in Spanish at Almaty concert. Dimash speaks the 2 official languages from Kazakhstan: Kazak and russian. He also speaks a little bit of mandarin and his english is improving day by day. He sings, I believe, in more than 15 languages, by phonetics and hard work, and the natives speakers of those languages, always say that they undersand him very well. Special atention to "Ikanaide" performed in Japanese was aclaimed by native speakers. Also "Autum Strong" in mandarin was very well received by chinese speakers. Kiss from Portugal.

Responding to some of your questions/commentary: 1) Dimash named his fans, “Dears,” for he considers his fans as dear to him as family. 2) He usually is involved or has input in every aspect of every performance and/or concert. 3) While he speaks primarily Kazakh & Russian, he also is learning & can converse in English & Chinese. 4) He sings in many languages & makes a point to sing a song in the language of whatever country in which he is performing his 3-4 hr concerts. While this list is NOT conclusive, I have heard him sing in: - Kazakh - Russian - English - Mandarin Chinese - Italian - French - Japanese - Ukrainian - Belarusian - Armenian - Turkish - Spanish - German - Serbian - Kyrgyz - Cantonese - Alien (aka “Diva Dance”) 😊 5) He loves all types of music & sings in many genres, usually fusing many genres into one song. 6) In addition to being a multi-instrumentalist & composer, he also is impressive at making his voice sound like many different instruments, including flute, violin, electric guitar, qobyz (Kazakh stringed instrument) & the duduk (Armenian wind instrument). If you like how Dimash duet'd with himself, wait till you see him performing El Amor En Ti, it's insane. If you like rock/metal, check out Dimash performing Across Endless Dimensions and Know (specifically the vocalise version from his Arnau concert). They're not rock but there are some killer high belts that have a rock/metal vibe and some awesome guitar and bass-guitar at parts in the background.

👍👍👏👏🌷🌷💕💕 Dimash himself gave the name Dears to his fans, because he feels very close to us, as if we were family. Kazakhstan was as unknown to me as it was to you back in 2017 when I first discovered him. Now, through research and two travels there, I’ve come to know and understand this country so much more, and appreciate Dimash’s passionate love of his homeland. Yes, SOS is a great choice next. Then I’d suggest The Story of One Sky, and please react to the MV first, though I would not call it an MV but rather a musical mini movie. Dimash composed it, sang it, wrote the script, and acted in it. It’s an awesome message of peace to the world, and as an added bonus for you guys, he does amazing screams/ distortions at the end.

Since you guys talked so highly of Igor, there is one thing that's worth noting. Igor Krutoy is the richest musician on the planet, he's been composing hits for many international artist for decades now, and he also produces many artists in Russia and Asia. He is worth something around 14 billion USD. He had more or less retired, and came out of retirement to work with Dimash. Dimash (and us too!) is very lucky to have him as a friend and mentor so early in his career..

This performance is from 2019 . Dimash was 25 years old . He is magic ❤ . Great reaction , guys . I'm looking forward to the next reaction of Dimash . Dimash loves his fans, so calls us Dears, as we are dear to him, as family. He was born May 1994, making him 29 right now. He's 6 ft. 3 in., swims underwater for lung strength, writes/composes/acts/models. He has 7.7 octaves, sings in 15 or so languages, sings every genre, & Igor came out of retirement to compose for Dimash. Anytime you see Igor playing piano, it's something he's composed. The Singer performances in 2017 are a great way to follow how he began. Some songs have back stories as they are true, so it's a good idea to do that to understand the why, of them.

Dimash does not use swimming to train - he tries to make use of the pool in whatever city his concerts are in, but he doesn't swim to train~

Great reaction,guys!😊Literally pretty much any song from Dimash would be fine,all of them good and none will disappoint you!That said,SOS should probably be next.Choose the version from his Digital Concert,as it is visually stunning and has the subtitles on it(love the lyrics!).I also think,you would love 'Stranger'...another epic song written by Igor for Dimash!😊
