Hi! Thank you for the tutorial, very clean and concise! Just wanted to point out that now they suggest to use the option None (instead of Uniform) for Keyframe Reduction when downloading the animations. This is from the user manual for the UE mannequins inside the app: 'uniform' eliminates sub-frame animation data, which can confuse unreal engine but we recommend to change 'Keyframe Reduction' to 'none' (this is the most stable parameter today).

Has anyone checked this with the large packs of animations so that one doesnt have to get individual anims? (unless needed)

Any idea what happened to "Import Custom Attribute" (at 3:26 in video) can't uncheck it as it doesn't exist in UE5.2! Has it been replaced by another setting?

It. Works but distorts the character. 5.4 and new retargeting can’t come soon enough

Does it handle root animations?

For some reason Unreal doesn't allow to import 60fps animations - gets an error about framerate, and only allows to import when reducing framerate to 30.

30fps is the standard I believe in UE!

I checked it on virustotal, because there was a password There are viruses, don't load it

there are not viruses anything not built by a certified mega corporation makes most computers (especially a windows) flag as potential viruses... if you launch a game made in unreal engine the epic team already has that taken care of during the building process of your game if you do a true exe build, your game wont be seen as a potential virus because it will be tagged as epic somewhere in the file.
