The second best team after Saiyans imo is Blast UR. For Movies, it's mostly just juiced Beast's builds that dies the moment Beast does. While Blast UR have several different builds that you see in high-rank. Including the current #1 being Mono Green UR with 17 along with GGY being popular. Edit: You don't see Rushes as much because UI takes a Dragon Ball upon switching out and it activates twice. Gohan also takes a Dragon Ball when he gets his Gauge.
