Good match. The wraith with armour was an insanely good read from opponent, just got all your mustangs caught on it doing nothing. Was Unfortunate you didn't notice that interaction sooner, but otherwise it was very well managed.

it was less that the Wraith was level three and more it had that armor to really soak up hits. Distracted your 'chaff clear' long enough that by the time they could do their job well too late. I'd of gotten a fire badger or something that shots only ground and is a chaff clear unit at some point, so at the very least IT can do the job that needs to be done.

Also, aerial spec elite recruited marksmen would've been a cheap (ish) way to deal with that wraith. 650 gold vs 900 for the ranged melter. But that's hyper specialized vs the melter which is generally okay, and which has better second tech options. So I dunno. Maybe the best option would've just been taking the phoenixes instead of the wraith. Good against the wraith if he picks it, good against sledges and badgers if not. I think you played fine, but it's always so interesting thinking about other responses to things.

I wonder if absorption and later range on steel balls would've been more efficient than scorpions. Especially because you can pull all his chaff left away from his tanks with a shallow arclight flank or something. Not that scorps are ever bad! But I've fallen into a mentality recently where I always try to make what I already have on the board work first before buying new things.
