I've seen some of your videos. Malakas ka talaga, lalo na dun sa Audax. Medyo hindi lang familiar sa Gravel Racing. Pero bilib ako sa determinasyon mo. Congrats at nagPodium ka pa yata. Nagjoin din ako sa race.

Advice: your arms are fully extended reason your body absorbed too much vibrations. Bend you elbow a bit. Also your saddle ht must be a bit lower compare to road. So your knees will absorb more than your back.
