Alrighty, no way Zac and Vanessa were (still) a couple in real life at that point! I'm generally not sure if they ever actually dated, I definitely wanted to believe that as a teenie 10 years ago, simply because the story of their on-screen characters worked so well. But from today's point of view, they may just have enjoyed the casual flirting and used it for the PR show (probably encouraged by their publicists and producers). Eitherway, throughout this entire video, they were the two who rarely spoke and rarely touched or even effectively noticed each-other...while Zac was having a whole lot more chemistry with Ashley by the way! So as beautiful as they always looked together and as effectively as they sold the whole image, that up there is not what I'd call the epitome of chemistry, yet alone true love. 🤷🏻‍♀️
