Always good seeing the Friga Fam camp get together !! Pantos is back, getting ready for Spain ! The FIBA 3x3 tournaments are tough, the basketball itself along with the pace of the game is another level

Different avenues of competitive basketball is so influential to a hoopers IQ. I am hugely impressed by Friga as a content creator. FIBA rules really teach a hooper not to waste movements, waste time, and think quick. In the most recent Next Chapter video, the NBA coaches kept saying "keep it simple" and how there are a lot of wasted movements. And right on queue, Friga educating us and his team, such a great learning experience. Improvement is what keeps me coming back to basketball content, especially not doing the same thing over and over. Bravo Frig

Why does dzoe always play better than everyone on the court he might not look good when he dribbles or whatever but he scores defends rebounds hustles all of it there’s not 1 player in they entire gym who plays harder than dzoe And friga u the loudest on the sideline but the softest when you on the court how does that work
