When you're playing, the Coach's Instruction are just Guidelines. You can follow them at times but most of the Time, you should know how to read situations and adapt. Not all the times that the drawn play came to fruition. A player with a High IQ should know. He wanted to know if he should curl or not, he should have read the situation if he should have curled or not, that what High IQ Players do. 😊

What respect gotta do with drawing up plays? Or remembering what you have certain players doing on the play when you do draw one up? You can go all the way back to before hiring Vogel. They didn’t wanna pay Lue and didn’t wanna let him have the staff of his choosing. Then they hired Vogel as a consolation. Then Rob blew up the championship team that was built around Vogel’s strengths. They traded about that team to get Westbrook, which was a failure, and then Vogel got scapegoated because he couldn’t manage the Westbrook situation. So everyone involved from Jeannie Buss to Rob to the players deserve to have a share of the blame.
