The Uni-ball Eye ( amzn.to/3grHUop ) is a great rollerball that has been around since 1994. It's an old-school, capped rollerball that's a lot of fun to use and a very easy to read. These are super smooth, especially as you size up. They are available in 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 1.0mm sizes.

These are more commonly sold under the “Vision” model name in the USA. Great pens, I find the liquid rollerballs bleed thru the paper more than gel pens.

In my experience, and there's plenty of experience to speak of, the bleedthrough problem always depended on the tip size and/or the kind of paper I used. I rarely get bleedthrough now, even with the wettest of rollerball writers. If you like rollerballs, especially the broad tips, invest in a thicker paper.

Ah shit, these 90s throwbacks were highly influential in my pen-upbringing. Gel pens basically came out when I was in high school but I was stuck on these vision elites for a hot minute before coming to appreciate gel pens. I swear the ones of these that you find and 'borrow' are always the best writing ones.

Uniball eye broad is superb and the best for signature. It's pitty they don't make them in a more business and luxurios way. They are smoother than Montblanc and Waterman. Phenomenal rollerball!

I used to use the uniball eye micro but now my pen of choice is the zebra sarasa mark on with pentel energel 0.5mm needle tip

These are unbeatable in their league. Fell in love with them 10 years ago. Still use them daily. What would you recommend as an upgrade from these in the refillable rollerball category ? Love the channel. Keep going.

I swear by Uniball everything. The jet stream the signo and the vision are some of my favorite pens in the world and their Super Ink is unmatched in durability (I even checked). My only disappointment is the new Uni One pens. I hate them passionately and its the only disappointment from Uni Ive ever had.

I like One, it's the ink with most less ghosting on thin papers. Even less than Energel, and have high glossy sheen finish.

I used to really like this style of rollerball, but now greatly prefer the Signo 207/307 knock pens. Still, the Eye blue is really nice.

Quick Question - where I can find refills for Zebra Gel Ballpoint Pen, Sarasa Grand 0.5mm Vintage, I am looking for single blue and single black refills (0.5mm). Any kind words or suggestions. Truly appreciate you and your content always provides me some sort of solution. Thank you

you want a Pilot G2, aka ISO-G2 or "Euro style" refill and I tend to use amazon or jetpens, fairer prices for singles at jetpens but if you really look around amazon sometimes you can find a good deal on a pack

is uniball superink available in bottle or container from which we can refill this pen or other pens. I generally refill this with pilot hitecpoint ink.

No, not that I’ve seen. Noodlers and Luxor Hi-tecpoint ink is sold in bottles

@@unsharpen actually I was looking for a waterproof version. Have not used noodles but Luxor is not waterproof.
