She’s unstoppable! 💪
🔸 Meet Clare, one of the incredible success stories from our FND program! 🌟
In 4 weeks, Clare made great progress through our intensive program. 🎉 Want to see the her transformation-watch to the end to witness her journey from start to finish. 💪
You can see some of her early days with us when we met her and the challenges she was having with trunk, hip and head movement. It was not easy to find pieces that helped. And it was actually bringing multiple pieces together that was key:
- The sensory training: you can see we used compression, weighting and loads of positional and postural changes
- The motor control training: lots of external focus-particularly for eye, head and trunk movements. (Turns our her visual and vestibular system was a component of the trunk and head positioning-no surprise there!)
- Not pictured-but a huge component of everyone’s programs are addressing the autonomic, lifestyle and psychosocial pieces as well.
But Clare’s journey doesn’t stop here! She’s committed to continuing the hard work at home, retraining her brain and body to regain control. 🧠💪 The journey with FND is not a one time recovery process, there are no magic pills or quick fixes. It is a journey! And we are so lucky to join people on one piece of that journey and prepare them for the next steps.
If you have FND and want to continue learning more about how you can start regaining control of your symptoms, especially if you have not looked in at your sensory system, download our FREE sensory strategies guide! 📥 It’s packed with valuable insights and practical tips to support your progress.
