Has anybody shoehorned a current BMW twin turbo V12 into an OG X5??? Both the cars and the engines are cheap on ebay - THIS would rock.

This would be a cool project to build. Find Old X5, 3.0 Manual + Old 850i manual , rebuild V12 , stroker engine, etc, Reassemble. Probably not cheap,but it would be different because not many even know about this car.

Absolutely, lol. And Audi got pretty close to it on a production scale with the Le Mans R10 inspired Q7 V12 TDi. A car which I absolutely love

192 mph out of this monster doesn't seem all that ridiculous given that the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk can go 180 with this much power and this is probably lighter given that the interior is stripped out.

Well, there is the Toyota Land Speed Cruiser. It has 2000 horsepower and it can go 220 mph.

Oh my god I'm mad as hell now but I could mod one to have the same engine from the f1 McLaren and wheels are simple not so hard but will be expensive

It depends how authentic you want it to be, since the 6.0 V12 is from the V12 LMR Le Mans winner, and will set you back quite a bit of cash (if they sell it to you at all that is) xD

I've heard McLaren has some spare engines for whenever someone's F1 is in the shop but I doubt they'd lend you one.
