Hey Nepali here, i usually eat 2 pm and Current (both 2x spicy) with fried buffalo keema which for me enriches the flavour even more. For this reason, i always make sure to have a stock of buff keema as it can also be used to make mo:mo at home.

Tama is a young bamboo which is very famouse in nepal . it is eaten as vegetable and some people even store it in a bottle by just adding salt and which becomes sour after some days and add in soup also eat sour tama which is very delicious
