Hi, @Rassel! I can’t believe I missed this design 6 months ago. It may be unusual but definitely another beautiful and unique work of yours with good use of space, lots of natural light, clean lines and overall aesthetic appeal. If I may suggest 1 thing, it would probably be practical to have an access to the upstairs kitchen from the carport especially if one has to carry groceries from the car to the pantry and kitchen area; it would double as a service entry and fire exit.

This is a tiny house?! With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room as well as three outdoor spaces?! Wow! Thank you so much for including the storage space near the kitchen! 這間房子很美問在晚上時候有點燈氣氛很好，屋頂很美，屋頂下方就是窗戶上方都有電燈很美很有羅曼蒂克，每一集的房子都很漂亮，設計師是位金頭腦的人，設計師的房子我看了心靈很療癒，房子很漂亮每一盞電燈都很溫馨，想去菲律賓居住這樣的房子，可是我不會菲律賓語言

Upper house kitchen and dining, maybe a great idea. I have also considered that for myself coz it’s unique but the fridge can be a big distraction.....

I love this one but would want to reconfigure. Put the kitchen on the first floor where the back bedroom and put the other bedroom upstairs. Make the sitting space near the stairs a small dining space with a corner booth maybe. My Mom can't do stairs and she always says a tiny house would never work for the both of us but this layout might prove otherwise.

Sorry, but I like your other floor plans for upstairs living area/downstairs bedrooms better. The upstairs area here seems to have a lot crammed into a small space. Also, not an ideal place for the w/d. Could you make a small laundry area where the 2 chairs are?

Nice, but the kitchen, dining and the living are upstairs. It should be the other way around.

Agree. That is why he used the title "unusual" 3-bedroom house 😃 he could have provided stairs from outside connected to the balcon where the visitors could pass going to the living room to make it more unsual 😃. The laundry area in my opinion will be annoying for the owner of the room next to it. Sagabal sa daanan nya habang may nagloload o nagtatanggal ng labahin at dagdag pa ang ingay 😄😄😄 This design is really unusual and I wont use it for my dream house. But nice try for architect Rassel. Free flowing ang ideas. Overall, the design and colors are beautifully made. It is true also for his other designs 🙂👍🏼 keep it up!
