This is a rather odd Holmes box fan from the early 2000s. I suspect it is model HABF-20. It is very similar to the 90s model that I remember seeing in the middle school classroom, but it has the newer blade set that's still being used by Holmes to this day.
This cheesy, flimsy blade is paired with the older McMillan motor. Despite the blade being so thin and lightweight, it still has a nice slow low speed and decent variance in the speeds. It puts out quite a decent amount of air on high, if this were one of the braced-blades, I suspect it would put out even more.
I initially thought this configuration may be the result of Holmes trying to use up old parts before switching to the next design it came out with, but the motor appears to be a completely different shaft size than the older one. The blades are not interchangeable on this one. I suspect on the older one the blades would be interchangeable, as the issue on this one is a lack of depth on the shaft. The cabinets appear to be the same thickness.

The motor is one of the last McMillan motors we'd see in any box fan. That fan was actually pretty decent I was surprised by it when I had it.

That motor is the last of the full size McMillan motors before switching to the tuna can motors. I have the later style version of this fan with the curved blades.

There is a fan I'd like you to test if you could find one. I think it would make a cool video. Not sure about your area, but my area has dollar general stores all over. Dollar General has some pedestal fans. Specifically, a comfort zone pedestal fan that is BRIGHT RED. I'm not sure why an all red fan was made to begin with, but it's a thing, and honestly, it's kinda neat. How often do you see a pedestal fan in all red? I know you aren't a fan (no pun intended) of comfort zone pedestal fans, however, I'm honestly impressed with this one. Yes, it's mostly cheap plastic, but for what it is, it moves a decent amount of air. It moves more air than the cheap Lasko pedestal fan from Walmart. Price wise, they are both about the same. In my area, the cheap Walmart lasko pedestal fan is $26. The comfort zone pedestal fan from Dollar General is $25. I'm actually really surprised it out performs the Lasko. And unlike the lasko, the blades are actually in decent ballance 😱

May not have lubrication courts, but with the back. All you need is a fingertip of grease to stick in there

For the motor? You should never use grease in an oilite bushing, especially in a motor. It will just end up completely locking up after a bit.
