October 19 2023, 8:41 am - some sort of large wading bird visited our Delta 2 bald eagle cam nest last night, and perched (mostly out of sight) for a couple of hours. We think both of the eagles are back in their territory, but so far they haven't shown any interest in the nest with the cameras - though that may change as it gets near nesting season as there aren't that many good places for nesting nearby.
