@@cav8000 exactly. Just get a tens unit for around 40$. Mine came with rechargeable batteries.

What I would do is open it up and ultimately solder a wall plug to it, making it AC instead of battery powered DC. I have done this 40 times, changing over holiday decor, cat toys- anything that I am tired of needing batteries for. It makes wearing a watch more difficult...... but deal with it!
