The accent you hear might be cause she's Canadian, not American, plus her Moroccan roots. Also she couldn't hold it longer here, because the song would continue without her :p (in the other video the next verse starts before the end of that nice long note^^) And Happy New Year to you too :p

She actually is Moroccan ( not only Moroccan roots ) that's why she speaks Arabic fluently.

Well, although she was _born_ in Morocco she left there when she was one. She didn't grow up there. On the other hand, her family probably speaks Arabic at home ... and French, because many Moroccans speak French. Apparently, when they left Morocco, they went to a French-speaking community in Canada, which makes sense, too. Later, they moved to an English-speaking community, also in Canada. So, she now speaks three languages: Arabic, French, and English. Whoa. And, only 19 years old. Darn. This girl has got talent out the wazoo. And, obviously, she's gorgeous. That doesn't hurt, either.

Cassia l , she is not Canadian, she is completely Moroccan she just went to Canada to live there when she was 1 . People are getting confused but she just lives in Canada plus her accent is Moroccan not Canadian because she is not Canadian Just wanted to put that out there because people get confused Not just you 👍
